Terms & Conditions


The customer agreed to the following terms:

(a) both you and the person(s) receiving delivery of goods purchased from our website are aged 18 years or over

(b) if you place an order for goods on our website or in person, you enter into a contract with BNJ Events & Decorations (BNJ) for the supply of those goods. Each accepted order is a separate contract;

(c) BNJ can accept or reject an order for any reason, including (without limitation) unavailability of goods, an error in the pricing, image, or goods description, or an error in your order;

(d) all information and data you provide when ordering is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you will promptly notify us of any changes to this information or data;

(e) all total prices quoted for all goods sold are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Your freight and handling charges will be calculated and added to the purchase price before you are asked to place your order. Prices listed on this website are subject to change until you have paid for the goods and/or services. A 30% lodgement fee is required upon booking to confirm the date of your event and the balance is required  3  days prior to the event taking place.  Paying the lodgement fee states your acknowledgment of the services agreement and terms of service. The bond payment is required to cover damages and/or loss of property. A refundable bond is calculated based on the items used for your event and is included as part of your total invoice and excludes GST(typically between $200 and $1000).  The bond is then refundable within 72hrs of completion of the contract;

(f) a formal quote will be provided which outlines all goods and services as requested, once you have agreed to proceed, you will receive an invoice.  The details of the invoice once paid from the contract between you  (the customer)   and   BNJ.  You may make payment via direct Bank transfer,   BPAYor VISA/Mastercard. You will then receive an electronic tax receipt via email when your payment has been processed;

(g) BNJ will deliver your goods and provide services as outlined in the contract invoice after it has processed your payment.

(h) BNJ will use its best endeavors to ensure that goods are available for delivery, and will notify you if goods are unavailable before you place your order. However, in some cases, this will not be possible and it will need to reject any order for goods after it has processed your payment. In these cases, it will refund you in full all amounts you have paid for the unavailable goods. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund 50% of the lodgement fee due to the loss of potential other business on your chosen date. In the event of rescheduling due to any reason, there will be no loss of lodgement fee;

(i) once the goods have been delivered and set up at the nominated delivery address, you assume all risk and title in the goods (including the risks associated with storing the goods). Any damages are deducted from the bond payment and the remainder of the bond(if any) will be returned;

(j) will comply with all Australian laws that relate to the service delivery of goods and services as outlined in your contract invoice;

(k) our chairs are checked and maintained in ‘fit for purpose condition at all times.  In the event of an injury as a result of a person sitting on a chair or attempting to sit on a chair provided by BNJ, we do not take responsibility that may result;

c) We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our clients with quotes, invoices, service advice, and design solutions for the event;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

d) Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases, and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
