​BNJ Events and Decorations began with a simple idea: to turn life’s special moments into unforgettable memories. What started as a small passion project, styling celebrations for family and friends, quickly grew into something much bigger. With every wedding, birthday, and corporate event we styled, our love for creating unique, beautiful, and meaningful settings only deepened.
In the early days, our “workshop” was the living room floor, surrounded by fabrics, flowers, and sketches of table layouts. We poured countless hours into learning, experimenting, and sourcing the perfect décor pieces – all with one goal in mind: to bring each client’s vision to life with creativity, care, and attention to detail.
Word of mouth spread, and before we knew it, BNJ Events and Decorations had become a trusted name in the industry. We built strong relationships with suppliers, venues, and clients, allowing us to deliver not just decorations, but complete experiences – blending design, organisation, and heart into every event we create.
Today, BNJ Events and Decorations is proud to work on events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Our journey has been shaped by passion, hard work, and the joy we see on our clients’ faces when their dream celebration comes to life.

With over two decades of experience in hospitality and event management, Benjamin brings a unique blend of precision, creativity, and logistical expertise to BNJ Events and Decorations. His career began as a qualified chef, honing an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence that now defines every event he delivers.

Beyond the kitchen, Benjamin has held leadership roles in facilities management within the healthcare sector, earned both a private aircraft pilot licence and a real estate licence, and today works in contract management for a hyperscale data centre. This diverse professional background equips him with exceptional organisational, financial, and operational skills.
As the driving force behind BNJ’s operations, Benjamin oversees organisation, accounting, and logistics, ensuring each client receives a seamless, personalised experience. Whether managing the finer details or orchestrating large-scale celebrations, Benjamin ensures every need is anticipated and every expectation exceeded.
